The 2024 edition of the BRISPO lecture series: Karin Nilsson (Karolinska Institutet, Sweden) 'Management by algorithms: the fourth industrial revolution' [online only]
Karin Nilsson is a licensed psychologist currently doing a PhD in occupational medicine at Karolinska Institutet. Her main research topics concern Algorithmic management in the logistics sector. More specifically, she investigates how these management technologies alter the relationships within the workplace, how it affeaffectcts the organization of work and the job quality and well-being of affected workers.
