Jens Doms
Biography
Hi, I'm Jens Doms, a junior researcher at BRISPO (former Interface Demography) since 2021. I hold a bachelor's degree in communications management from Arteveldehogeschool and a master's degree in sociology from VUB. Currently, I'm immersed in my PhD in Sociology, where I explore 'hybrid working arrangements and employee well-being.'
When I'm not buried in research, you'll often find me on my bike, exploring the stunning landscapes of Europe, from Brussels to Milan, Prague, Dresden, and Berlin. I'm truly passionate about connecting with various stakeholders, including corporations, unions (vakorganisaties), and workers' organizations (werknemersorganisaties), to engage in meaningful conversations about employee well-being, job quality, and the future of work. The dynamic exchange of ideas between academia and the workplace absolutely fascinates me. So, please don't hesitate to get in touch; I'm always up for a conversation or collaboration.
