The Cosmopolis Lunch Seminars are meetings hosted by Cosmopolis (VUB), which allow researchers from within and outside of the research group to share the progress and findings of their research on urban issues. On March 13th the speaker at the Seminar will be Iris Egea, a PhD FWO Fellow Researcher at BRISPO. Her PhD research explores the link between international migration in declining European rural areas and rural revival. By challenging prevailing approaches to migration and rural management, Iris’s work aims to propose innovative and sustainable strategies tailored to the needs of rural communities. She applies mixed qualitative methods from a comparative perspective.
