Miryam Cristina Fernandez Cediel
Biography
I am a psychologist with a master's degree in psychology, a master's degree in conflict, territory and culture, and a PhD in psychology. I'm a professor in social psychology at the Universidad Surcolombiana (Neiva, Colombia). From a social constructionist approach, I conduct research with children, youth and families related to political violence, trauma, psychosocial problems, citizen participation, collaborative, narrative and community therapy, collective memory, peacebuilding, forgiveness and reconciliation. My main line of work is focused on well-being and the arts. I try to bring this to life through my eating practices, making crafts, playing music, making good use of natural resources, designing and doing what is necessary to be in harmony with my environment, which includes my daughters, my pets (πΆπΆπΆπ±π±π±π±π°π°π°π°π°π¦π’π’π’), my students, and so on.
