Mattias Vos

I am a junior researcher in the Sustainable Work unit of BRISPO where I study leadership and mental health from a sociological point of view. In that context, I have collected panel survey data for the EPRES-BE and PWR projects on precarious employment. I feel most comfortable on the quantitative side of the research spectrum, writing syntaxes and building models. In addition, I am responsible for other geekery such as the BRISPO website and newsletter.

Outside of research, I spend my time being endlessly surprised about human behaviour, listening to loud music, playing quiet music on the guitar and piano, watering plants and cuddling dogs.
