Self-employment variety and health consequences: A comprehensive study of career trajectories and household dynamics

This research project investigates the health status of self-employed individuals in Belgium and Sweden, focusing on how different self-employment arrangements throughout careers impact health. It also examines the moderating effects of household composition and socio-economic status, with a particular emphasis on gender. Utilizing unique linkages between administrative data sources, the study aims to offer unprecedented insights into the health outcomes of self-employed individuals throughout their careers.
