This job call is open to students from any university in Belgium. English is required from all candidates. In addition, we are looking for students who speak one of the languages below AND have a wide network of contacts in the matching community in Belgium:

YOUR MAIN TASK
You will help us reach people who fit the survey and get them to fill it in. The survey is online and anonymous. You will not conduct interviews. Your tasks:
- Promote the survey on social media (Facebook groups, WhatsApp and Telegram groups, Instagram, TikTok and similar) in the respective immigrant community.
- Find organisations, associations, community groups, religious and cultural centres, language schools, and other places that support or have contact with newcomers from the respective immigrant community, then contact them and ask them to share the survey with their members or clients.
- Send us a short report at the end: which groups and organisations you contacted, what you posted, and what the response was.
Workload: 5 hours. If the first phase brings many completed questionnaires, more hours can be added for students who want to continue. Work can be done remotely.
Deadline: all tasks to be completed by the end of October 2026. Please, apply by 7 October 2026 by sending your CV to brispo@vub.be and indicating which community you have contacts in.
