The aim of this study is, among other things, to gain insight into the individuality of the youth housing sector, its profile, strengths and weaknesses. The research was constructed in such a way that, where possible and desirable, a comparison can be made with 1) the results of the previous studies (in order to better frame the results found) and 2) the general Flemish youth population ( via the data from the JOP1), in order to allow comparison between participants and non-participants of the youth centres. In addition, the method of data collection allows data from visitors, volunteers and managers to be linked.
