2018 – ongoing | Belgian National Labour Council
Objective
From 2018 onwards, the National Labour Council (NLC) awarded financial support to selected organisations that submitted a project proposal for the primary prevention of burnout at work. The National Labour Council appointed three experts from different universities (i.e. ULB, KUL, VUB) to guide the selection, implementation and evaluation process of these initiatives and draw lessons for the future. The main objective was to evaluate the impact and sustainability of the funded actions and identify good practices with regard to primary prevention of burnout and improving well-being at work. Prof. Vanroelen acts as one of the experts in this programme.
