Organization of direct dialogue with consumers (2-3 Octobre 2004) : Degree of acceptation of risks concerning food safety in function of technical and economical imperatives

The King Baudouin Foundation organised in September 2004 a dialogue with consumers about the theme of food safety. For this, 6000 persons will be contacted by letter, and those who want can express their interest to participate. Of those interested, 30 persons need to be selected to participate in the panel of consumers. The research group TOR assists the King Baudouin Foundation in making this selection, aimed at reaching optimal diversity on several socio-demographic characteristics.
