In a new opinion piece entitled “Will women adapt? Only if their jobs do too” published in Knack (in Dutch), Deborah De Moortel reflects on the current debate about pensions and women’s participation in the labour market. It calls for addressing the quality and organization of jobs, as women’s willingness to work more hours is closely tied to how their work is experienced.
