Olga Alexandrova
Biography
Born and raised in Moldova, I hold a Master’s degree in European Public Policy from KU Leuven. My professional background includes years of experience in EU affairs in Brussels, more recently in education policy development and public project management within the EU institutions. These roles have shaped my interest in how policy interacts with social dynamics across national contexts.
My current research explores cross-national differences in racism, with a focus on racialised sentiments and public attitudes across Europe. I am especially interested in understanding the effect of socio-political conditions in the contemporary formations of exclusion and belonging in diverse societies.
