Biography
I am a PhD candidate in the research unit Inequality and Racism. I completed a bachelor's degree in Photography (LUCA School of Arts) and a master's degree in Sociology (Ghent University). Both studies reflect my interest in how the histories and structuralisation of society are present in everyday life.
Currently, my research focuses on cross-national differences in racism in Europe, and how these vary over time in response to political, economic, and social developments, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Pieter-Paul Verhaeghe.
