Biography
In 2023, I joined BRISPO as a PhD candidate and teaching assistant. Earlier, I obtained an MSc in Sociology at the University of Antwerp and an MA in Nationalism Studies at the Central European University, Vienna. As a cultural sociologist, my main research interests are related to issues of identity, relations, and inequality. My current research focuses on young children and their socialization within educational settings. Besides research, I get great pleasure from teaching the seminars on sociology for Critical Thinking and Current Issues I and II.
